Steps A Purpose
A community initiative that encourages individuals to take intentional steps toward improving their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. This program brings community members together through structured fitness sessions and supportive conversations that promote healing, motivation, and connection. Focusing on promoting mental health and stress relief through movement. Encouraging healthy lifestyle habits, creating a supportive space for conversation and connection, building community through shared experiences
Plates with a Purpose
A community outreach and fundraising initiative that uses food as a way to bring people together while supporting meaningful programs that benefit the community. Through organized meal sales, community dinners, and special food events, the program raises funds to support mental wellness activities, community engagement efforts, and outreach initiatives. Providing community meals that bring people together. Raising funds to support wellness and community programs.

Artful Resilience
This program uses art therapy, creative workshops, and community wellness activities to promote emotional healing and self-expression. Activities such as guided painting sessions, journaling, and creative arts nights provide participants with healthy outlets to manage stress, anxiety, and life challenges while building community connections.
