About Us

NO XQCZ Inc (pronounced “No Excuses”) was founded in 2022 by A'lonna Collins, a retired Army veteran from Inglewood with 20 years of military service and a passion for helping others heal, grow, and find hope.

A'lonna has personally faced many challenges, including PTSD, suicide attempts, and the heartbreaking loss of loved ones due to mental illness. During her military career, access to therapy and mental health support was often difficult because of demanding work commitments and the stigma surrounding seeking help. Rather than allowing those experiences to define her, she chose to turn pain into purpose — leading to the creation of NO XQCZ Inc.

Inspired by Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” — our organization was built on faith, resilience, and the belief that there should be zero excuses for anyone being denied access to mental health support, community resources, or compassion.

At NO XQCZ Inc., we are committed to fighting the stigma surrounding mental health for veterans, children, families, and communities everywhere by creating safe spaces, meaningful programs, and impactful outreach initiatives.

Since our founding, we have proudly:

• Served over 15,600 meals to individuals and families in need

• Collected and distributed 12,103 Pairs of Shoes

• Provided more than 5,300 Jackets

• Distributed over 4,200 Scarves and Gloves during cold-weather outreach efforts

• Donated 500 Blankets to community members in need

• Sponsored 60 Families through support initiatives and outreach programs

• Helped save 35 Lives through mental health support, advocacy, and intervention efforts

• Restored confidence, hope, and dignity in countless lives — something truly priceless

In recognition of our impact and leadership, our Founder proudly received the 2026 Visionary Leader Award for outstanding community service, advocacy, and innovation.

As an active member of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce for over two years, we continue to build partnerships that strengthen and uplift our community.
